A six-level parking structure is located directly next to the Bank of America Performing Arts Center. To access The Fred Kavli Theatre, simply take the parking structure elevator to Level 3. To reach the Scherr Forum Theatre, take the elevator to Level 3 and then transfer to one of the Plaza elevators down to Level 2. Parking is $15 (credit card only) and is paid on-site.

All tickets purchased can be refunded should the show not move forward. You would need to contact the box office to issue your refund.

Both theaters are fully accessible, with various wheelchair-accessible seating options available. For accessible seating arrangements, please contact the Bank of America Performing Arts Center Box Office at (805) 449-2787 ahead of your visit.

No outside food or drinks are permitted inside the venue.

For the enjoyment of all, late seating will be at the discretion of house staff and will take place during a suitable break in the performance. If you need to step out during the show, you’ll be readmitted at intermission or at the end of the work.
